URBAN DESIGNER - Shanghai

Responsibilities:

- Supports Project Designer and Project Architect in project design and production - Assists Project Manager to address client budgets and needs - Interfaces with client, consultant, service provider and HOK collaborating offices   on technical communication - Provides support to marketing team on new prospects when required

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree or above in Architecture, Urban Design,   or Urban Planning; a graduate degree is preferred - Working experience of 2- 5 years in Urban Design or Planning is required - Interest and passion towards Urban Design/Planning throughout Asia - Capable of handling urban design and planning exercises - Able to work in a team - Good communication skills - Outgoing, well organized and self-motivated - Willing to travel - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Sketchup   with knowledge of GIS, Ecotect etc.– Candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills - Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is required
