This residential development is located in Greater Noida, a rapidly developing area in southeast New Delhi. It comprises of 54 residential towers with a total of 3,900 units, three clubhouses and a retail centre, providing modern facilities for a population of 20,000. Apartments are orientated to overlook the central park which gently undulates through the site, and creates an open traffic-free haven. The towers’ articulated massing creates an animated silhouette for the skyline, optimizing daylight penetration and natural ventilation by varying the height and depth of each building.
