Motorola's new headquarters was designed as the complete campus experience to accommodate its fast-growing business in China and to combine multiple offices into one location. Situated in Beijing's flourishing Economic and Technological Development Zone, close to the Fifth Ring Road and the International Airport, this project is centred amongst the industry's global leaders. A 16-storey office tower gives the development landmark exposure, with a contiguous low-rise sweeping development-created by an enclosed pedestrian street with a three-storey glass wall with atriums-houses 270,000sf of R&D space and a Service Centre.
