This 35-hectare IT Park is located at the gateway of Dalian Software Park, situated within a 15-minute drive to the city center. The landscape design takes full advantage of the site's natural attributes by using indigenous plants to invigorate the environment and provide an inviting area for live, work and play. Interior design services were provided for all public spaces, retail and dining areas, a business and training centre and the Ascendas corporate office. Unabashedly modern, the design combines clean lines and a bright monochromatic palette in the public areas, with high-tech and colourful accents in the active high-performance areas.
